To participate, it’s very simple: just log into your beecrowd account and click on the “REFERRALS” button in the top menu. On the program page, be sure to read and accept the terms and conditions. To make a referral, simply enter the name and email of the person you want to invite in the corresponding fields and click the “Send invitation” button. The invited person will receive an email with the invitation sent by you and can register on the platform through an exclusive program link.
You can invite people to join the beecrowd community outright, or if you find a job listing on the Opportunities page (or at the bottom of the referrals page) that you think is perfect for someone, you can also directly refer them to that specific job listing within the job description page.
But why should you invite and refer people through this referral program? In addition to enriching the community with more tech professionals’ experiences, giving those referred the opportunity to develop their programming skills through code challenges and find incredible professional opportunities, the referral program offers additional benefits!
If the person you referred signs up through your invitation and is selected for a position through beecrowd, both you and they will receive a cash bonus!
For both you and the person you refer to be eligible to receive the bonus, the referred person must sign up through your invitation link (which is valid for up to 30 days after sending), be hired for any position through beecrowd within 12 months of signing up, and remain in the position for a minimum of 1 month.
