STUDENT RECORDS

beecrowd acknowledges that by receiving certain personally identifiable information from its institutional clients, it may be considered a “school official” under FERPA. We affirm that we will not use such information for any purpose other than the purpose for which it was disclosed.

ACCESS TO RECORDS

Only authorized personnel, who have undergone appropriate training, have access to student records. beecrowd maintains strict control over these access rights.

SHARING OF INFORMATION

We will not share any student information to third parties unless specifically requested or permitted by the educational institution or the student, in accordance with FERPA guidelines.

DATA PROTECTION

beecrowd implements stringent data protection and security measures designed to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of student educational records.

DISPOSAL OF RECORDS

We adhere to strict policies and procedures for the secure disposal of student records when no longer required or when requested by the educational institution or the student.

AMENDMENT AND DELETION

Upon request from the educational institution or eligible students, beecrowd will promptly amend or delete student records in accordance with FERPA provisions.
