BY PARTICIPATING IN THE BEECROWD REFERRAL PROGRAM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS”) HEREIN, WHICH ARE ADDITIONAL AND SUBJECT TO THE BEECROWD PLATFORM TERMS OF USE AND BEECROWD PRIVACY POLICY TO COMPLY WITH ALL APPLICABLE LAWS AND REGULATIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM.
Anyone can be a referrer in the Program provided that: (a) they are a legal resident in a non-embargoed country; (b) they are of legal age in their state/jurisdiction/country of permanent residence; (c) they have an active account on beecrowd, in good standing. The Program is void where prohibited by specific legislation.
To participate in the Program, you must refer a friend or family member who has not previously signed up on the beecrowd platform and who does so within 30 days from the date of your referral. You can refer intermediate level and above talent with 3+ years of professional experience and who possess the skills listed on the job opportunities pages of our website and the beecrowd platform.
All beecrowders (users registered on the beecrowd platform) are eligible to refer candidates within this policy.
An eligible referral candidate must successfully complete all assessments in our recruitment process, join the beecrowd talent network within 30 days from the date of your referral, be recruited or start their first allocation for a position that is mid-level or higher, and spend at least 30 days working with the client.
Example: if the professional you referred registers on the platform and starts engagement on May 20, if they are still working with the client 30 days later, on June 19, then the referral bonus will be paid by the last business day of June (the month in which the referee completed 30 days of work).
You will only be eligible to receive a referral bonus if the referred candidate (i) registers on the beecrowd platform within 30 days from your referral, (ii) is recruited or starts their first allocation within 12 months from your referral, and (iii) works a minimum of 30 consecutive days with the client in the indicated position.
There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make. In the event of multiple people referring the same candidate, only the referred candidate whose link was used by the candidate to register on the beecrowd platform will be eligible to receive the referral bonus.
You are eligible for a referral bonus only when referring external candidates (candidates who are not yet registered on the beecrowd platform).
For each successful referral you make, you will earn the equivalent of USD 200, while the referred candidate will receive USD 100, through a bank transaction, in locations where the law permits. The referral amount to be paid will be the one stated in the Referral Policy at the time of the Professional’s allocation.
In some scenarios (especially when a professional who referred someone is not currently billing/engaged with a beecrowd client or still in locations with financial transfer restrictions or complex tax issues), beecrowd may choose, at its sole discretion, to pay the referral through Gift Cards in the amount indicated above, as a form of payment for the referral.
Referral rewards cannot be sold, transferred, or redeemed by others and cannot be combined with other transactions by the professional within the beecrowd platform.
All referrals are subject to verification. beecrowd reserves the right to delay or refuse the issuance of a reward for reasons it considers relevant, such as non-compliance with the Terms or any deceptive behavior.
Using the Program abusively or assisting third parties in abusing the Program is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification from the Program. You may not refer yourself or create multiple, fictitious, or false accounts on beecrowd. Furthermore, it is strictly prohibited to (i) use the Program to violate any law, infringe or violate the rights of third parties, or act otherwise unfairly, disruptive, harassing, harmful, illegal, hateful, obscene, or contrary to the spirit and intent of the Program; (ii) tamper with the Program; (iii) collect or gather any personally identifiable information from the Program; or (iv) use any system, bot, or other device or artifice to participate or receive any benefit from the Program.
ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROGRAM MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND/OR CIVIL LAW. IF SUCH AN ATTEMPT IS MADE, BEECROWD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY’S FEES) TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
The Program is offered at the discretion of beecrowd, which reserves the right to terminate, suspend, or modify the Program, these terms, rewards, participation conditions, or any other aspect of the Program, in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice, always respecting the rewards already identified. Your participation in the Program will indicate your express acceptance of these Terms.
By participating in this Program, you agree that beecrowd and its agents, representatives, affiliates, executives, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any injuries, losses, claims, damages, or any special, exemplary, punitive, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, whether based on contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise, arising from any use of the Program, any failure or delay of beecrowd in connection with the Program, or the performance or non-performance of the Program by beecrowd, even if beecrowd has been advised of the possibility of damages. This disclaimer of liability applies to any damages or injuries caused by any failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation, computer virus, communication line failure, theft, or destruction or unauthorized access to, use of, or use of your information.
Beecrowd makes no warranties of any kind regarding the Program, which is provided “as is” and “as available”. Beecrowd expressly disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and those arising from statute or otherwise in law or from a course of dealing or usage of trade. Beecrowd is not responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, factual or legal, regarding the Program, including, without limitation, that the Program will be error-free or as to the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of any content or information distributed with respect to the Program.
The information collected from you will be used in accordance with the beecrowd Privacy Policy, located at PRIVACY POLICY.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and beecrowd regarding the Program and supersede any prior understandings or agreements (oral or written) regarding the Program. Any disputes arising from the Program or these Terms shall be subject to the relevant provisions in the beecrowd Platform Terms of Use, located at TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
